Carditis and Arthritis Associated with Campylobacter Jejuni Infection

Abstract
Three patients who developed carditis after enteritis caused by C. fetus-ssp. jejuni are reported. Two had perimyocarditis and 1 endocarditis. The cardiac sequelae persisted in 2 patients. Concomitant arthritis appeared in 2 of these patients, monoarthritis in 1 and polyarthritis in the other.Keywords
