Solutions are presented for equilibrium poloidal dipole magnetio fields in a uniformly rotating upper main-sequenoe star with no meridional oiroulation ourrents. An upper limit is found for the ratio of kinetio energy of rotation to the magnetio field energy. The perturbations to the struoture of the star are also given
