Abstract
A new species of the genus Dactydium is described from the Bergen area. This species and D. hyalinum are compared with D. vitreum (Möller), with which they earlier have been confused. The anatomy of D. ockelmanni is described and compared with some other mytilids. The only observed anatomical difference from D. vitreum is in the relative positions of the intestines. Keywords
