Abstract
Injecting adult toads (Bufo regularis) subcutaneously in the dorsal lymph sac with adriamycin at a dose of 2 mg/kg body weight, once every 3 weeks for 20 weeks, induced hepatocellular carcinomas in 20 out of 100 animals. Metastases of the primary liver tumors appeared in the kidneys of 7 toads. Keywords
