Abstract
The inclusive production of the heavy quarkonium states in annihilation is studied in the framework of quantum-chromodynamic perturbative theory. The rate and spectrum allow the study of the jet structure produced via two intermediate gluons. The similar process of the decay into is found to be extremely rare.
