Off-resonance production of heavy vector quarkonium states ine+e−annihilation

The inclusive production of the heavy quarkonium states $V(=\psi ,\Upsilon \dots )$ in $e^{+}{e}^{-}$ annihilation is studied in the framework of quantum-chromodynamic perturbative theory. The rate and spectrum allow the study of the jet structure produced via two intermediate gluons. The similar process of the $Z^0$ decay into $\mathrm{VX}$ is found to be extremely rare.
