Abstract
The rare incidence of familial primary pulmonary hypertension (PPH) was presented in the case of 2 sisters. A brief review of the literature was presented. The congenital origin of PPH was discussed and related probably to the persistence of the fetal pulmonary circulation, or to the congenital deficiency of the pulmonary arteriolar vascular wall. Keywords
