Apparent horizon finder for general three-dimensional spaces

Abstract
We present a numerical method for finding the apparent horizon in general three-dimensional (3D) spaces without any symmetries for 3D numerical relativity. We apply this method for black hole spacetimes to demonstrate its quick convergence to solutions and reasonable accuracy.Keywords
