Abstract

The article reports the author's opinions regarding the use of behavioral conditioning methods in quality control management. He includes a critique of the article “The Application of Behavioral Conditioning Procedures to the Problems of Quality Control,” by W. E. Scott, Jr. and E. E. Adam Jr., published in the June 1971 issue. It is suggested that the assertions made by Scott and Adam regarding organizational behavior are inaccurate.
