Abstract
Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a fibroblastic tumor characterized by a high rate of recurrence following conventional surgical treatment. Several different histopathologic patterns exist, with the "cartwheel" pattern the most common. In this report, a patient with the unusual myxoid histopathologic pattern was successfully treated with Mohs surgery. Keywords
