Abstract
To determine red-cell diphosphoglycerate, hemolysates prepared from 0.2 ml of blood were incubated with an enzyme that quantitatively and specifically converted diphosphoglycerate into inorganic phosphate, which was measured colorimetrically in the deproteinized filtrate.Keywords
