Abstract
The current driven series resonant converter (SRC) is presented as a nonresonant driven converter in which both the input current and input voltage are constant. This converter has many advantages over the conventional SRC, such as better control characteristics over a wide load range and a larger range of converter gain. The analysis and design procedure of this converter are presented. Experimental and computer results are presented to verify theoretical work.< >Keywords
