Abstract
A child is described with a primary defect of polymorph bacterial killing associated with systemic lupus erythematosus. Her autoimmune disease probably results from chronic bacterial antigen stimulation. A hypothetical model linking immunodeficiency with autoimmunity is proposed. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
