Abstract
The enhancement of the convolution voltage of piezoelectric surface acoustic wave (SAW) convolvers due to the transverse drift of carriers is predicted theoretically. The theoretical prediction is qualitatively in agreement with the result of experiments using photoconductive CdS samples.Keywords
