A method for determining the current flowing through a nonlinear load on an antenna is discussed. This method uses the results of a frequency-domain analysis for the linear portion of the problem. A time-marching procedure then is devised to take account of the effects of the nonlinear element. Sample calculations are illustrated for a step-excited antenna having a nonlinear resistive load.
