Abstract
Acute nonlymphocytic leukemia occurred in 4 women after long-term therapy for advanced breast cancer. The patients had inoperable/metastatic breast cancer that was well controlled with chemotherapy for many years (7 yr and 4 mo., 7 yr and 1 mo., 6 yr and 3 mo. and 4 yr and 7 mo., respectively). Two patients also received extensive radiotherapy. The chemotherapeutic agent that all 4 patients received in common was cyclophosphamide. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
