Abstract
We may recognise in myxoedema three principal lines of abnormality. First, intellectual; consisting in slowness of thought, in slowness of volition, in loss of memory, in irritability of temper, in unwarranted suspicions, in delusions, in actual insanity, or in stupor growing to coma.
