Abstract
A patient with M. pneumoniae meningoencephalitis and transverse myelitis is reported. Serum and CSF serological studies were indicative of recent infection by this organism, establishing it more directly as the responsible pathogen. This case suggests the ability of M. pneumoniae to produce an abnormally low CSF glucose. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
