Abstract
Two patients had carcinoma arising in eccrine spiradenoma. In both patients, recent changes in a long-standing cutaneous nodule prompted excision, and microscopic examination disclosed carcinoma intimately associated with and apparently arising from typical benign eccrine spiradenoma. One patient had lymph node metastasis. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
