Abstract
We have studied exclusive, radiative meson decays to charmless mesons in decays accumulated with the CLEO detector. We measure and . We have searched for asymmetry in decays and measure . We report the first observation of decays with a branching fraction of . No evidence for the decays and is found and we limit at C.L.
