Abstract
LITTLE progress has been made in the treatment of carcinoma of the vulva during the last five years, except for a more enlightened conception of the natural lymphatic spread of the disease and emphasis on a more radical surgical approach to the deep lymphatic chains.Among those primarily interested in the disease, the battle for early recognition and preventive treatment has continued.
