Abstract
A 58-yr-old man was seen because of progressive swelling of the right testicle during a 2 yr period. At operation a loculated cyst was found just beneath the tunica albuginea. The specimen was a clear walled cyst, filled with colorless transparent fluid which contained no sperm. There was no evidence of malignancy. This was a single cyst, surrounded by atrophic testicular parenchyma, indicating that it was definitely testicular and did not arise from the tunica albuginea as was reported elsewhere. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
