Abstract
Late season insecticide-based control strategies against the foliar pecan aphid complex which controlled populations of the 3 aphid species, prevented early defoliation of the tree and did not reduce pistillate flower production the following Spring. Pecan trees treated with insecticides which were less efficacious against the pecan aphid complex, defoliated early and had reduced pistillate flower production. Keywords
