Abstract
The leakage of enzymes from the myocardial cell was used as an index of the onset and severity of tissue damage. A study was carried out using the isolated perfused hypoxic rat heart in which the ability of various doses of isoprenaline, dobutamine, propranolol, glucose, insulin, mannitol, HTP and hydrocortisone to increase or decrease myocardial enzyme leakage was evaluated. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
