Abstract
Squamous epithelial nuclei and yeast cells were differentially stained on microscope slides. The nuclei and cells were first stained with a Woolfast Pink RL solution and counterstained with a methylene blue-glycerine solution. This procedure produced deep pink squamous epithelial nuclei and blue yeast cells. Keywords
