Abstract
Corrections to scaling, as well as the critical exponent , are calculated for self-avoiding walks, with the use of a new highly accurate method based on fractal dimensionality. Numerical results are obtained for 2, 3, 4, and 5 dimensions and are shown to be in excellent agreement with the prediction of the vector model.
