Abstract
As a member of the palliative care team, the pharmacist makes valuable contributions towards decision making regarding appropriate drug therapies. The most challenging aspect of being a palliative care pharmacist is to isolate the etiology of a symptom to facilitate optimum symptom management and suggest alternate routes and medications.Keywords
