Abstract
In general, models involving parent-offspring transmission are not possible to specify in LISREL due to the complex constraints implied by assortative mating and genotype-environmental correlation. In this short note we describe one simple model of resemblance among twins and their parents which can be accommodated in the LISREL specification due to the strong assumption of social homogamy. The specification is described fully and checked for identification, and its power to resolve different parameters is briefly examined. Keywords
