Forty-two cases of Hodgkin's disease in children under the age of 15 years are discussed. The disease appears to progress more slowly in children than in adults—8 patients out of 30 who died survived 5 years after treatment. Twelve cases, or 29 per cent, are alive and well without recurrence of disease 5 years after treatment. In children, the prognosis appears to be better in females than in males.
