Abstract
Two patients with fibrosing alveolitis and autoimmune hemolytic anemia are described. One patient also had neurofibromatosis. The hematological associations of fibrosing alveolitis are discussed, and a possible relationship between autoimmune hemolysis and fibrosing alveolitis is suggested. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
