Abstract
Increased paddy yields due to algal inoculation were earlier reported in controlled pot and field experiments (1–8). The present communication deals with a field trial conducted in a cultivator's field at Vasudevanallur in Madras State, during November 1966 to March 1967, with ASD 5 paddy variety. The paddy cultivation in the field followed a groundnut crop. Keywords
