Abstract
Recent data for the meson, together with the -dominance assumption for the amplitude, are used to estimate the mass-matrix element accounting for the mixing, . From this value one easily obtains , where are current-quark masses and measures the SU(2)- compared to SU(3)-symmetry breaking.
