An aggregation method for linear large-scale systems with random coefficients and inputs is suggested from the statistical decision theoretical standpoint. A necessary and sufficient condition for minimizing the aggregation cost is studied, and a practical optimal aggregation procedure is obtained in a combinatorial way. Keywords
