Abstract
Various energy-weighted measures in electron-positron annihilation have recently been proposed as precise tests of quantum chromodynamics. In order to analyze the dependence of these measures on the spin of the gluon, we reconsider them in a theory with massless scalar "gluons" replacing the vector gluons. We find that these tests are indeed quite sensitive to the gluon spin. Keywords
