Abstract
This paper describes the development of a standardized report intended for the assessment of the work behaviour of psychiatric patients in hospital workshops and clerical units. The report form was developed in the Rehabilitation Unit of the Maudsley Hospital, and primarily within the workshops and clerical section which are integral parts of the coordinated unit.Keywords
