Investigations on the polypeptide-content of the serum

Abstract
The differences in N content or in tyrosine content of 2 filtrates of the same serum, obtained after addition of 3% trichloro-acetic-acid and phospho-tungstic-acid respectively, correspond to the polypeptides of the serum. Conditions in which they are raised are suppuration, metabolic diseases, diseases of the liver and of the kidneys.
