Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 46-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of pain in the right lower abdominal quadrant.He was well until 9 or 10 days earlier, when fever and intermittent severe periumbilical pain developed, lasted for a day or two, and then became localized in the right lower abdominal quadrant. He came to the Emergency Ward of this hospital, where moderate anemia was found. An x-ray film of the chest was normal, and an x-ray film of the abdomen showed no abnormality.
