Abstract
An adult patient evaluated for cyanotic congenital heart disease had pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum, hypoplastic right ventricle and right atrial enlargement. 201Tl myocardial imaging before surgical correction showed Tl activity in the right atrium. Following the establishment of a conduit from the right atrium to pulmonary artery, the right-atrial Tl uptake was even more prominent.
