Abstract
A method of blending wines to color is proposed, based on the construction of blending diagrams. The reciprocal log functions of the measured red, green, and blue transreflectometric readings are plotted against a sliding-scale abscissa, from which can readily be determined the composition of blends from different starting wines.Keywords
