Abstract
Excitation functions for at 165° and 105° have been measured from 1.93 to 2.01 MeV.Inaddition, the reactions and have been observed. Spins, parities, total and partial widths have been assigned. Eleven resonances are observed, eight of which have and are associated with the ground-state analog. These levels are interpreted in terms of a detailed shell-model calculation. The importance of and higher configurations is noted.
