Abstract
The serum activities of glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, ornithine carbamoyl transferase, creatine phosphokinase, alkaline phosphatases, alpha-hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase isoenzymes were determined during the rejection of heterotopic cardiac allografts in dogs. A typical release of myocardial enzymes only occurred terminally when electrocardiographic rejection changes had persisted for several days. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
