Abstract
Diffusion coefficients have been measured in the system CH4—TCH3 to 300 atmospheres pressure. In general the results are consistent with the predictions of Enskog's dense gas theory. At the highest densities, the diffusion coefficients are lower than the theory predicts. This is expected as, at these densities, unevaluated terms in the dense gas correction become significant. Keywords
