Abstract
A new mechanism for generating an ultralight Dirac neutrino is given. A discussion is given of how it might possibly arise in a supergrand unified theory (SUSY GUT) with a geometric type of a hierarchy. The neutrino is scaled in mass relative to its charge- family member by .
