Abstract
Individual variations in consumption of several food groups is greater than variation in nutrient intake. For many nutrients a relatively large number of diet records are needed to accurately estimate true intake. The relative-risk estimates in most studies of dietary factors and health outcomes are thereby probably substantially underestimated.Keywords
