Abstract
The experiment of Koo, Walker, and Geschwind (KWG) presenting evidence for a mobility edge separating localized and extended states has been repeated and extended. Although some of the features reported by KWG were seen, there are notable qualitative and quantitative differences in our work. We conclude that there is no compelling evidence for an Anderson transition in ruby. Keywords
