Passive Transfer of Tuberculin Sensitivity in the Guinea Pig

Abstract
Passive transfer of tuberculin sensitivity to normal guinea pigs was demonstrated by Chase. This has been confirmed. 7 of 10 normal guinea pigs receiving cells from peritoneal exudates of sensitized guinea pigs, gave characteristic intradermal tuberculin reactions. There was no relation between age of donor or recipient animals and passive transfer of sensitivity.
