Abstract
Acquired Nasopharyngeal Stenosis is a rare lesion. In the pre‐antibiotic era it was most commonly caused by infections, chiefly syphilis. Since improved control of infectious diseases has been obtained, the most common cause is nasopharyngeal surgery, primarily T and A. The symptoms are those of complete postnasal obstruction. Its treatment is surgical, utilizing various techniques, depending upon the precise nature of the lesion. The use of regional mucosal flaps is one of the most satisfactory methods of repair. Keywords
