Abstract
An attempt is made to classify congenital heart disease on clinical and physiologic grounds, primarily as a guide in a stepwise diagnostic approach to these malformations. Selected cases are reported. The relationship of ecg. and fluoro-scopic findings to the dynamics of the various congenital cardiac lesions is discussed. Keywords
