Abstract
The () reaction is employed for the first time to study the structure of the deformed, rare-earth, odd-odd nucleus, . In addition to a number of levels that have been characterized in previous studies, we have seen the rotational band built on the configuration. This band is about 6% admixed with the band. In addition, we have observed intensity resulting from four-quasiparticle configurations related to the ground states of both and .
