Abstract
Summary: A technique for performing a plaque reduction test for dengue virus neutralizing antibody is described. Experiments designed to test the accuracy of the antibody measurement are presented and analysed by the method for a parallel line graded response assay. Statistical analysis indicates a high degree of accuracy, and the relative merits of this type of test for dengue neutralizing antibody are discussed. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
