Abstract
Kasuistische Mitteilung über ein bilaterales Papillenödem unter Chloroquintherapie wegen primär chronischer Polyarthritis. Der Papillenbefund könnte als vasotoxischer (vasokontriktorischer) Effekt des Resochins aufgefaßt werden, eine Nebenwirkung, die nach zugänglichem Literaturstudium bisher nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Case report on bilateral edema of optic nerve beyond therapy with Chloroquine. It seems to be the first information of side-effect of this therapy.
